1. Print Method

· Thermal Transfer — these products are printed Black, on white stock

· Laser — these products are printed in Colour, on white stock

2. Product Code — please quote this code when enquiring and ordering

3. Unit Price

· Pricing is in Australian Dollars

· Goods & Services Tax is to be added

· Tags For Pots reserves the right to change prices without notice

4. Minimum Order Quantity

· Push-In Tags are supplied in continuous rolls of perforated panels, with 4 tags per panel. Order quantities for each Push-In Tag variety should be made in multiples of 4 with the minimum order size for this product therefore just 4.

· Tie-On Tags are supplied in continuous rolls of perforated panels, with 3 tags per panel. Order quantities for each Tie-On Tag variety should be made in multiples of 3 with the minimum order size for this product therefore just 3.

· Custom Colour Hang Tags are printed 10 at a time on A4 Synthetic Laser Stock then cut and drilled. Order quantities for each Custom Colour Hang Tag variety should be made in multiples of 10 with the minimum order size for this product therefore just 10.

· Custom Colour Adhesive Labels are printed 36 at a time on A4 Synthetic Laser Stock and are ready for peel-away by our customers. Order quantities for each Custom Colour Adhesive Label variety should be made in multiples of 36 with the minimum order size for this product therefore 36.

· Colour Slide-In Tags (including the Locally Native range) are printed 14 at a time on A4 Synthetic Laser Stock and are made ready for separation by our customers via clean perforations. Order quantities for each Colour Slide-In Tag variety should be made in multiples of 14 with the minimum order size for this product therefore just 14.

· There are no minimum order quantities for other products.

5. Set-Up Charge — where a Set-Up Charge applies then:-

· Goods & Services Tax is to be added

· This is a once-only charge for newly-created custom tags; re-orders of a previously created tag will not incur this charge. Subsequent changes to a previously-created tag will incur this charge.

Terms:

· Orders are shipped by Australia Post. Regular Parcel Charges apply unless you request Express Post in which case Express Post Parcel Charges will apply.

· Cost of Postage & packaging will be determined when you place your order and will be included in the Tax Invoice that we will issue to you by email when your order is confirmed.

· Payment in full is required at the time your order is confirmed.

· Payments may be made via Cheque, Money Order or via Bank Transfer (details will be included with the Tax Invoice). Payments via Credit Card may be effected via PayPal.

· For Overseas orders, please email us for shipping & payment arrangements.

How to order:

· Please order via email (via the Contact Us page).

· Include the Product Code with your order (eg. BPIT for Blank Push-In Tag, PTOTD for Printed Tie-On Tag printed both sides, etc…).

· Include a list of plants required and/or other custom content required.

· If you are requesting labels with your logo and/or contact details, please include these too. Images should be included as an attached .BMP or .JPEG file (other graphical formats are fine too).

· Please include a contact phone number and a billing and postal address.

· If there are any special requirements (eg. you require custom content or you have specific text requirements), please state these clearly.

Use of Photographs:

· In the case of colour tags and labels, photographs to be used are to be supplied by the customer. In accepting an order to create a colour tag or label with photographic content, Tags For Pots accepts no responsibility for checking whether or not any and all necessary approvals and permissions have been sought from the owner of the photograph(s) used.
